Boxing 🥊

In 2018 I took up boxing, having never thrown a punch, just as a way to do cardio. I didn’t expect to fall absolutely in love with the sport the way I did.

Fast forward to now: I’m a part-time boxing and fitness instructor at
Work Train Fight in NYC. I teach group classes and 1:1 lessons. Now these hands write by day and throw by night! 👊💥
